We want nothing more than for you to love your Session Guitar Works instrument. If, for any reason within 14 days of receiving your instrument you don’t love it and would like to return it, please contact us via the Contact Us page for an Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your instrument back to us. Instruments must be in new undamaged condition and returned packed in their original guitar case and box. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the returned instrument.

1. Setups, adjustments and routine maintenance.
2. Damage to finishes caused by smashing your guitar on stage or during rehearsal, exposure
to or contact with sun, fire, flood, moisture, accidents, neglect, abuse, ex-girlfriends, ex-
wives, record company executives, or Acts of Nature, perspiration, guitar straps, guitar
stands/hangers, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non-
approved polishes.
3. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, and
strings, case or gig bag, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware etc.
4. Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
Instruments that have been serviced by, modified or customized by unauthorized persons
(any person other than an Authorized Session Guitar Works Service Center).
